Homeowners can expressly request contractor routing after researching possible programs. A request that passes routing checks may create a contact-free offer for every compatible directory listing with a usable business email, whether claimed or unclaimed. No offer includes the homeowner's name, contact, property address, or free-text description. Receiving an offer or claiming a listing does not unlock contact. Exactly one eligible contractor can unlock those details. An eligible unclaimed listing may explicitly accept from its delivered offer without signing in first; contact is delivered only to the public business inbox on file. Browser access requires the listing-bound account. The first contractor to complete an eligible free-credit acceptance or finalized paid acceptance owns the lead, and it closes to everyone else. No other contractor is charged or receives the contact through The Grant Map.

Review a contact-free offer
Your first accepted compatible lead can use a free credit when available. Receiving a contact-free offer does not require a claimed listing. An eligible unclaimed listing may explicitly accept the delivered offer without signing in first. For a free offer, the system confirms that the listing still has an available free credit; for a paid offer, it shows the exact one-time price and requires the charge to finalize. Contact is delivered only to the public business inbox on file. Browser access requires the listing-bound account.
Choose before paying
Paid leads that pass the sellability checks range from $20 to $500. The exact one-time price is shown before acceptance and reflects the job, its scope, the local market, and lead quality. Exactly one contractor receives the homeowner's contact. A lead with insufficient core information is not sold at a lower price. Ignore an offer and pay nothing; paid contact access waits for a finalized charge.

Apply for a free listing. New registrations confirm their email and activate after required profile, duplicate, and safety checks. Existing public-record listings can be claimed only through the usable public business email already on file.
Registration and claim details
Get your business in front of homeowners researching repair funding and asking for contractor help. When available, a lead preview can carry possible program names and stored program context to verify; it never means an application is complete or funded. A new registration confirms its email, then activates automatically when the required profile, duplicate, and safety checks pass. If an item does not pass, the contractor dashboard shows exactly what remains. An existing public-record listing can be claimed only through a link sent to its usable public business email on file and after passing the same activation bar. A listing without a usable public business email is not claimable today.
