Are you a home-repair or improvement contractor? A matching directory listing with a usable business email may receive a contact-free project offer whether claimed or unclaimed. Claim your listing or submit your business so you can manage, review, and explicitly accept eligible offers. Each lead has exactly one buyer. The first eligible contractor whose free-credit acceptance completes or whose displayed payment finalizes receives the contact and closes the lead for everyone else. Some eligible unclaimed listings can accept from the emailed review before account setup; other offers require sign-in. Nobody else is charged or receives the homeowner's details. An offer does not confirm eligibility, funding, or a job.
